Kroppsbalans was founded by Anneli Selberg, whose passion for natural healing was sparked in her childhood at her grandmother's home in Armasjärvi, in the Torne Valley. Her upbringing was characterized by the scent of berries, medicinal plants, and stories about her grandmother's "healing hands" – experiences that shaped Anneli's path within massage and healing treatments.

After starting Kroppsbalans in Gothenburg in 2000, Anneli returned home to Norrbotten. Since 2008, she has been running Kroppsbalans in Luleå, and since 2022 also in Boden, together with a large and tightly knit team. The business offers treatments that support the body's natural recovery – inspired by the calm, strength, and purity of Arctic nature.

About the role

As a massage therapist with us, you work to deliver professional, safe, and high-quality treatments where the customer is at the center. You are part of an experienced team and contribute to the whole – from customer reception to treatments and a harmonious customer flow in the facility. The position is scheduled, and some weekend work may occur.

Your responsibilities:

• Perform massage treatments and other body treatments according to Kroppsbalans standards
• Create safe, professional, and personalized customer experiences
• Have knowledge of treatments and products for advice and sales
• Contribute to a positive, calm, and welcoming customer flow

We are looking for you who

Formal requirements:

• Have worked as a massage therapist in some capacity
• Fluent in Swedish or English

Merits:

• Certificate or diploma as a massage therapist
• Knowledge of different massage forms, such as Swedish classic massage, therapeutic massage, trigger point, or sports massage
• Experience in wellness, beauty treatments, or work in similar environments

Personal qualities:

• Warm, safe, and professional in customer interactions
• Perceptive and present with a natural sense of service
• Structured, independent, and responsible
• Interested in health, well-being, and people's needs
